Wedding planner pricing depends on the type of support you need, your wedding size, and your location. 

In West Virginia, Virginia and North Carolina area, couples typically invest $2,000–$9,000 for a professional wedding planner.

My pricing is structured to support couples who want a guided, step-by-step planning process:

Full‑Service Planning: $4,000 base rate, scaling with guest count

Day‑of Coordination: $1,000 base with optional upgrades

Goforth & Plan System: $299 base with optional upgrades

I perform both roles, but the main difference is the length of service. 

Wedding Planner is my Full-Service Package. You get my full hands-on experience where you're led in your wedding planning. We start immediately after booking. 

Wedding Coordination is my Day-of Coordination Service where you plan the wedding and I execute. We start 3 months prior to the wedding and I lead from that point to wedding day.
